Our firm’s practice is also focused on the regulation of network industries, public services, and infrastructure concessions, including areas such as ports, airports, rail transportation, natural gas distribution, telecommunications, and electricity, among others.
We integrate our knowledge in administrative law, administrative litigation, constitutional litigation, and the elimination of bureaucratic barriers, among others, to manage and advance stalled investment projects at different levels of government.
We specialize in managing relationships with regulatory bodies, public entities and third parties, specifically in assignments related to the diagnosis of regulatory compliance, the preparation and execution of concessions, supply, access and interconnection contracts, the review and challenging of mandates and resolution acts, evaluation of tariff setting procedures and accompanying in sanctioning procedures, controversies commercial disputes.
Additionally, our firm’s attorneys regularly advise our clients on matters related to the contracting of goods and services by the State and the execution of projects under the Public Works for Taxes regime, in all stages of the related procedures.
