Gerardo is a Partner of the firm, specializing in regulatory law and administrative law.
He has extensive experience advising clients in the telecom, energy, transportation and mining sectors. He also has extensive experience in dealing with regulatory agencies, including the Ministry of Energy and Mines, OSINERGMIN (mining supervision) and OEFA (environmental supervision), and defending administrative proceedings initiated by the above mentioned and other regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining the firm he headed the law department of the Peruvian telecom regulator – OSIPTEL.
