We advise on the drafting and negotiation of concession agreements, commercial contracts, including construction contracts (in their various forms), operating agreements, and licensing agreements in the context of the implementation of all types of projects. We offer specialized regulatory advice, including obtaining licenses and permits from Peruvian sectoral regulatory entities.
