Shirley Quino
Principal Associate
Shirley is a Principal Associate of the firm, specializing in labor and social security law. She has more than 10 years of experience providing legal advice with a focus on the prevention of legal risks related to different labor issues, including disciplinary procedures, sexual harassment, labor benefits and payroll taxes as well as occupational health and safety regulation.
She has extensive experience advising our local and international clients in labor inspections carried out by SUNAFIL, tax-labor inspections carried out by SUNAT and procedures carried out by EsSalud.
As a participant in the World Law Group’s International Exchange Program, Shirley was seconded to the United Kingdom (2019) to work in the Labor practice at Gowling WLG.
