She has solid experience in preventive strategies, regulatory compliance, and the management of complex audits and inspections, as well as in providing proactive advice focused on mitigating legal risks in employment relations. She provides comprehensive legal counsel on human resources management, covering hiring processes, personnel restructuring, and compensation plans.

Her practice includes disciplinary proceedings, workplace sexual harassment cases, employee benefits, payroll tax and labor disputes, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. She has a distinguished track record representing companies in inspections and sanctioning procedures before SUNAFIL, in tax and labor proceedings before SUNAT, and in social security benefit procedures before EsSalud.

She also participates in labor due diligence processes in M&A and financing transactions, leading the identification of employment contingencies and supporting negotiations with counterparties in high-profile deals. Additionally, she integrates innovative solutions using artificial intelligence tools to optimize human resources management and strengthen the labor legal advice she provides to her clients.

As part of the World Law Group’s International Exchange Program, she was seconded to the United Kingdom (2019) where she joined the Labor and Employment practice at Gowling WLG.
