Luciana has solid experience in administrative law, with a focus on data protection, consumer protection, competition law, and intellectual property. She regularly represents clients in administrative sanctioning proceedings before regulatory authorities, covering all stages of the process, from drafting written defenses to participating in oral hearings.

Her practice also includes providing strategic advice on complex matters, supporting the design and implementation of compliance programs, and managing legal aspects related to reporting obligations, including the notification of information security incidents. This broad and cross-functional experience enables her to assist clients in addressing regulatory challenges through both preventive and reactive approaches.

Prior to joining the firm, Luciana served as an intern at the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C., within the Department of International Law.
