Francisco Lira
Miró Quesada

Francisco Lira Miroquesada was born on June 1, 1988, in Lima. He studied law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), graduating with honors. He joined Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez as a corporate intern in March 2011.

He worked with us until February 9, 2014, the day he passed away, just one year after graduating from the University. He left an indelible mark on all of us who were fortunate enough to know him, not only for being an excellent professional but also for being an extraordinary person with a big heart.

And it is for this reason, and in recognition of his time at the firm, that we decided to launch the scholarship that bears his name, to help PUCP Law School students who are experiencing financial difficulties cover their expenses. With this, we want to remember Francisco in our hearts and ensure that his time on earth fulfills its purpose.

The Francisco Lira Miró Quesada Scholarship is funded by the Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados law firm.

In the name of Francis and his influence, the Firm decided to create the FLM Scholarship to assist students at the Pontifical Catholic University's Faculty of Law who have outstanding academic achievement, despite having limited resources.
  • 100% coverage of academic fees.
  • 100% coverage of tuition fees.
  • Accident insurance.
  • National cancer insurance.
  • Book and materials bonds.
  • Maintenance bonds.
  • Voucher for studying English or equivalent.
  • To be ranked in the top ten in the Faculty of Law according to the University's Standardized Academic Performance Coefficient (CRAest).
  • Belong to levels 1 or 2 of the University's differentiated pension system.
  • The scholarship can last until the student completes the Law School Curriculum. The scholarship renewal is annual and is determined by the Scholarship Committee.
  • The Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados law firm is awarding one scholarship for this program.
  • The Pontifical Catholic University of Peru's Scholarship Office is launching the FLM Scholarship in coordination with Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados.
