She has extensive experience in structuring and issuance of debt and equity transactions, financing, investment funds, securitization and mutual funds. Rocío has participated in structuring complex banking instruments of local and international entities.

Renzo is a Principal Associate of the firm, specializing in tax law, particularly in the fields of auditing procedures, complaints in tax administration and appeals in Tax Court.

Guillermo is a Partner at the Firm, specializing in civil law, corporate law, real estate law, and arbitration. He has extensive experience advising clients from various sectors on complex transactions and high-profile projects. He previously served as an international associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s New York office (2017–2018).
