Alejandro is a Principal Associate of the firm, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, and mining law. As a participant in the World Law Group’s International Exchange Program, Alejandro was seconded to the United Kingdom (2023) to work in the Corporate practice at Gowling WLG.

Rocío is an Principal Associate of the firm, specializing in corporate law, banking and finance law and capital markets. She has extensive experience in structuring and issuance of debt and equity transactions, financing, investment funds, securitization and mutual funds. Rocío has participated in structuring complex banking instruments of local and international entities.

Renzo is an Principal Associate of the firm, specializing in tax law, particularly in the fields of auditing procedures, complaints in tax administration and appeals in Tax Court.
