He advises on corporate, transactional, contractual and regulatory aspects for structuring mining projects. Additionally, he has experience in mergers, acquisitions, and financing of national and international mining projects.

Fabrizio is an Associate at the firm, specializing in mining law. He has experience in the execution of exploration, exploitation, benefit and mining activities, in the pre-operational, construction and project closure stages, administrative procedures for granting exploitation authorizations and mining concessions, as well as administrative sanctioning procedures.
