Renzo is a Principal Associate of the firm, specializing in tax law, particularly in the fields of auditing procedures, complaints in tax administration and appeals in Tax Court.

Guillermo is a Partner at the Firm, specializing in civil law, corporate law, real estate law, and arbitration. He has extensive experience advising clients from various sectors on complex transactions and high-profile projects. He previously served as an international associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s New York office (2017–2018).

Gustavo is a Counsel of the firm, specializing in corporate finance transactions, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate law. Before joining the firm as Counsel, Gustavo served as Vice President of Corporate Finance Legal at Credicorp Capital and Associate General Counsel at Nexus Group.
