Juan Diego is a Partner at the firm, specializing in Criminal Litigation, Compliance, and Internal Investigations.
He regularly advises on highly complex criminal cases and conducts internal investigations both in Peru and internationally. He also has extensive experience in designing and implementing compliance programs for local and international companies. In addition, Juan Diego has shared his expertise as a trainer of judges and prosecutors on oral advocacy.
Prior to joining the firm, he completed an internship at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (Washington, D.C., USA) and was an Associate at Benites, Forno & Ugaz Abogados (2009–2013).
He currently serves as a Director of Motores Diesel Andinos S.A. – MODASA.
