Cristina is a Partner of the Firm, specializing in labor and pension law.
She provides a comprehensive service to our main local and international clients on a variety of labor matters, including wages and benefits, internal policies and regulations, labor taxes and health and safety in the workplace.
Cristina also represents the main clients of the firm in its highly complex litigation processes. In addition, she has extensive experience advising on collective agreements and collective bargainings.
She has participated in the drafting and the discussion of several important reforms in the country for the labor and pension funds implemented in recent years.
