David Kuroiwa

Partner

David is a partner of the firm and specializes in competition law, intellectual property, administrative law and commercial law.

He has extensive experience in antitrust investigations and litigation in various industries. Likewise, he has experience in consulting and unfair competition & consumer protection procedures, as well as in the implementation of compliance programs and conducting internal investigations. He also provides legal advice on merger control matters.

He was an international associate in the offices of Uría Menéndez in Madrid (Spain).
