José is a Partner of the firm, who co-leads the mining area, specializing in corporate law, financial transactions, mergers & acquisitions and mining transactions.
He regularly advises local and international mining companies and other participants in the mining sector, as well as investors and financiers. He has extensive experience in mining project financing, acquisitions of mining assets, negotiation of joint ventures, royalties, mining leases and options, and other mining agreements.
