Paula is an Associate of the firm, specializing in corporate law, financial law and mergers and acquisitions.
She has experience in financing (project finance, syndicated projects), contractual, civil, commercial and corporate matters; acquisition and sale operations of companies and assets in the real estate and retail sectors, among others.
