Daniela Morán
Principal Associate
Daniela is a Principal Associate at the Firm, specializing in transactional tax law, mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, and financial taxation.
She has extensive experience in tax planning focused on structuring investments in Peru, corporate reorganizations, and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Her practice also includes the application of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, structuring local and international financings, and implementing restructurings aimed at achieving efficiencies for both Peruvian and multinational groups. In this context, she has participated in some of the most significant deals in the country in recent years, as well as in major financings, including bond issuances in the U.S. capital markets.
She has also been involved in due diligence processes and the review of financial models.
Prior to joining the Firm, she served as a Senior Manager in the International Tax and Transaction Services practice at EY Peru.
