Alida Ayala
Associate
Alida is an Associate at the Firm, specializing in tax law, with a particular focus on international taxation and the tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions.
She has participated in the tax advisory of acquisition, reorganization, and sale transactions, both locally and internationally, including the design of efficient tax structures and the analysis of tax implications at each stage of the transaction. She also has experience in the application of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements and in the tax planning of cross-border investments.
