Uber is an associate at the firm, specializing in civil, contractual, international, and regulatory law, as well as in the resolution of investment disputes between companies and between companies and States.

He has extensive experience in domestic and international commercial and investment arbitration. He has participated in cases administered by arbitral institutions such as CIADI, CIAC, CCI, CCL, AmCham, CARC PUCP, among others. He has also advised domestic and international companies in proceedings before regulatory authorities.
