Claudia is a Senior Expert of the firm, specializing in corporate and natural resources law, mainly mining law. She provides advice on the structuring of mining projects; as well as in the design, negotiation, incorporation and review of financing contracts for the development of mining projects.

Additionally, she has experience in incorporation, reorganization, liquidation and dissolution of companies. She advises national and international companies investing in natural resource development projects, as well as companies that require project financing.

Claudia was a legal analyst for the Directorate of Environmental Energy Affairs of the Ministry of Energy and Mines.
