Associate
Wendy is an Associate of the firm, specializing in environmental law, mining and energy law.
She has over five years of professional experience advising companies on environmental matters in the agriculture, industry, transportation, energy, and mining sectors, among others.
Her practice focuses on legal support for environmental regulatory compliance in these sectors, addressing environmental inquiries, obtaining sector-specific permits, and designing legal defense strategies in administrative sanctioning proceedings. She also has experience analyzing social and community engagement scenarios in the context of investment project implementation.
She has also participated in the identification of environmental and social risks in the implementation of compliance systems, as well as in financing operations, bond issuances, and mergers and acquisitions.
