Cesar is a Partner of the firm, specializing in litigations, arbitrations, constitutional procedural law and commercial law. He has experience in general litigation, including contracts, corporate and constitutional matters to local and international commercial disputes, including commercial arbitrations and judicial proceedings (civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional litigation).
He has represented important local and international companies, leading, guiding and participating in the strategy of relevant judicial litigations and arbitrations from a diverse array of economic sectors.
