Paolo is a Principal Associate of the Firm, specializing in civil law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.

He participated in the International Law Clerk Program at Holland & Knight LLP in Miami (2022-2023).

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions operations, and financing (syndicated, project finance, acquisition finance), both local and international, as well as in conducting legal audits. He also provides general corporate advice to clients from various industries. He also has experience in estate or succession planning, advice on the administration of conflicts prior to the arbitration phase and arbitration.
