Víctor Andrés Belaunde No. 147, Unit 1201 (Torre Real Tres, 12th Floor), San Isidro District, Lima Province and Department, makes available to users (the “Users”) of the website https://prcp.com.pe (the “Website”) this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), in accordance with Law 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law (the “PDPL”), and its Regulation, approved by Supreme Decree 016-2024-JUS (the “Regulation”).
1. Where do we process Personal Data?
PRCP processes the data collected through the Website in the following Personal Data Banks registered with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (“NAPDP”):

By providing their data, the User declares and certifies that the data belongs to them. Likewise, the User affirms that all the information provided is true, complete, and accurate and assumes responsibility for its truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and validity.
The personal data required by PRCP is necessary unless otherwise stated, as it is used to fulfill the purposes described in the next section. Therefore, if the data is not provided, or is provided inaccurately or incompletely, the intended purposes may not be fulfilled.
2. What do we use your personal data for?
The personal data Users provide will be used for the following purposes:

If applicable, and with the User’s consent, their personal data may also be used for additional purposes such as advertising. It is expressly stated that whether the User accepts or rejects such additional purposes will not affect the fulfillment of the core purposes previously detailed.
3. How long will we retain your personal data?
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the legal, commercial, contractual, or other relationship with the User and for up to 10 years after its conclusion, in accordance with the statutory limitation periods established by the Civil Code.
Additionally, if the User has given consent for additional purposes, the data will be retained for 10 years from the date of consent (in accordance with the liability limitation period under the Civil Code), or until consent is revoked, whichever comes first.
4. Who can access your personal data?
To fulfill the aforementioned purposes, PRCP may transfer and entrust the processing of Users’ personal data to third parties located within and/or outside the country. In such cases, PRCP will ensure that data processing is limited to the authorized purposes, remains confidential, and that appropriate security measures are implemented as required by the PDPL and its Regulation.
Third-party recipients or processors authorized to handle personal data are listed in Annex I – Data Processors, which forms an integral part of this Policy.
Users’ personal data may only be used for the limited purposes mentioned above. Therefore, they will not be shared with third parties for other purposes unless express consent is given and/or a legal obligation exists.
5. How can you exercise your rights under the PDPL regarding your personal data?
PRCP recognizes and guarantees the exercise of the right to information and the ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, granted to Users as personal data holders. To exercise these rights, the data subject must send their request to the following email address: publicaciones@prcp.com.pe.

6. Can this Privacy Policy be modified or updated?
PRCP may modify and/or update this Privacy Policy to reflect future legal changes, implement better practices, improve service quality, or introduce new options related to this document. In such cases, Users will be duly informed so they may reaffirm or deny their consent, if applicable.
