Cabe resaltar que el contrato de préstamo se realizó bajo las normas del mercado financiero de Inglaterra y Perú[:en]Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados helped Goldfields La Cima to obtain a US$200 million loan from Scotiabank Europe, The Bank of Nova Scotia and Scotiabank Perú.
The loan agreement was subject to both English and Peruvian credit rights and security laws, and included pledges and conditional assignments over funds from existing and future sale agreements.[:]
