We have a specialized team in mining regulatory and environmental issues, as well as in the analysis of mining titles and surface rights, which allows us to meet the legal needs of various mining activity holders, including junior mining companies and those involved in large and medium-scale mining. Our team also has extensive experience in negotiating mining transfer agreements, option contracts, joint venture agreements, and other sector-specific contracts.<\/p>\n

Our mining team regularly provides legal advice in the processing and obtaining of permits and authorizations, environmental certifications, and any other enabling title necessary for a mining holder to develop their activities. We also have extensive experience in representing clients in administrative sanctioning procedures before OEFA, OSINERGMIN, the Mining Council, ANA, and other relevant authorities in the sector.<\/p>\n
