Our multidisciplinary and award-winning team has extensive knowledge in this market, providing an innovative and practical value-added approach throughout the entire chain, including generation, transmission, distribution, and marketing activities all related to the electricity sector and the exploration, production, transportation, distribution, and marketing activities in the natural gas sector. We also have vast experience in the renewable energy sector in which we have advised several companies in auction processes before OSINERGMIN and in the development of renewable generation projects, as well as in the resolution of controversies before COES.<\/p>\n

Our services include comprehensive advice throughout all stages of the project, from the pre-operational stage to the execution stage. We provide advice on the structuring and financing of the project up to its implementation, including the construction, obtention of concessions, easements and other authorizations and permits required by the regulators. We also advise on the negotiation and execution of the main agreements required for the development of the project, including the construction, operation and maintenance contracts, agreements for the supply of energy, and agreements for transmission services, among others. Our experience also includes advising before the energy sector regulator, OSINERGMIN, and COES on tariff matters related to the diverse operations within the energy sector.<\/p>\n

Our extensive experience in the solution of disputes arising in the energy field is likewise commendable.
