We also provide comprehensive advice on bidding and award processes for infrastructure projects and concessions.<\/p>\n

Our experience extends to various sectors, including renewable energy, electricity transmission, transportation and telecommunications infrastructure, education, health, mining, oil and gas, and sanitation, among others.<\/p>\n

Our project area is interdisciplinary, combining the experience and knowledge of our financial, corporate, regulatory, environmental, real estate, and litigation areas, which has allowed us to structure complex transactions and assist our clients in their relationships with government agencies, local governments, commercial banks, the bond market, export credit agencies (ECAs), and international financial institutions and multilateral development banks.<\/p>\n

We advise on the drafting and negotiation of concession agreements, commercial contracts, including construction contracts (in their various forms), operating agreements, and licensing agreements in the context of the implementation of all types of projects. We offer specialized regulatory advice, including obtaining licenses and permits from Peruvian sectoral regulatory entities.<\/p>\n

We provide advice to investors, project developers, financial institutions, contractors, and suppliers with a strong market presence, which has allowed us to anticipate and, above all, gain a deep understanding of the challenges that may arise from the project’s inception to its operation.<\/p>\n
