Our practice group aims to meet investors’ needs by offering comprehensive advice with a thorough understanding of their expectations. Our tax services include consulting, tax planning, support during tax audits and disputes, offering creative and value-added solutions. We conduct due diligence for acquisitions, ensure tax compliance, perform financial restructuring, review tax returns, and provide customs consultancy.<\/p>\n

We assist our local and international clients in structuring their operations in Peru or abroad, considering tax law rules and agreements to avoid double taxation. We offer advice on understanding the tax consequences of activities, transactions, and complex financing schemes.<\/p>\n

We are the correspondent for the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) and the tax group of the International Bar Association (IBA). Our attorneys actively participate in the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the tax committee of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum, and Energy (SNMPE), and the Tax Commission of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (AMCHAM).<\/p>\n
