The development of infrastructure projects under the modality of Public Works for Taxes is an opportunity to support the economic and social growth of Peru through capital investments. This modality promotes public-private collaboration by transferring experience, capacity and know-how from the private sector to the public sector, strengthening the corporate image of the private investor involved.<\/p>\n

PRCP provides legal and management advice on the development of investment projects executed under the Public Works for Tax modality, with more than 10 years of experience in the Peruvian market. We have advised the main companies and financial consortiums on their investments and projects in various regions of Peru and the different levels of government: local, regional, and national.<\/p>\n

Our services stand out for their comprehensive approach in supporting our clients\u2019 needs, in proper administration, and in maintaining proper relationships with the agents involved. Likewise, we provide risk prevention and mitigation alternatives.<\/p>\n
