Jos\u00e9 Diego is Counsel at the Firm, specializing in transactional tax law, international taxation, taxation of individuals, and special and sector-specific tax regimes.<\/p>\n

He has extensive experience in tax planning, particularly in the structuring of corporate reorganizations and in generating efficiencies for domestic and foreign investors structuring investments in Peru, including the application of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements. He also has experience in tax advisory services for extractive industries (mining, hydrocarbons, fisheries), as well as for agribusiness companies and entities within their value chain (processing plants, brokers, among others).<\/p>\n
