She has served as a legal analyst at the Environmental Oversight Directorate for Energy and Mines, the Directorate of Supervision and Incentives Enforcement, and the Environmental Oversight Tribunal of the Environmental Assessment and Enforcement Agency (OEFA). Prior to joining the firm, she worked as legal advisor to the Environmental Management Office of the Aruntani mining group.<\/p>\n
Her professional practice has focused on advising companies across various sectors, with an emphasis on mining, electricity, hydrocarbons, transportation, industry, and agriculture, on matters related to both environmental and administrative law.<\/p>\n
She has extensive experience defending clients in administrative sanctioning proceedings and engaging with environmental authorities such as OEFA, MINEM, SENACE, and ANA, among others.
