She provides comprehensive legal counsel on human resources management, covering hiring processes, personnel restructuring, and compensation plans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Her practice includes disciplinary proceedings, workplace sexual harassment cases, employee benefits, payroll tax and labor disputes, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. She has a distinguished track record representing companies in inspections and sanctioning procedures before SUNAFIL, in tax and labor proceedings before SUNAT, and in social security benefit procedures before EsSalud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She also participates in labor due diligence processes in M&amp;A and financing transactions, leading the identification of employment contingencies and supporting negotiations with counterparties in high-profile deals.
