Mario is a Principal Associate at the firm, specializing in the structuring of bank financing and capital markets transactions. He has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure project structuring, and insolvency proceedings.<\/p>\n

Before rejoining the firm, Mario worked as a visiting attorney and later as an associate at the New York office of Linklaters LLP. During his time there, he was part of the finance and capital markets team focused on Latin America and later the finance team focused on the United States and cross-border financial transactions, participating in sovereign issuances, sustainable financings, acquisition financings, and leveraged financings.<\/p>\n

This experience has allowed him to gain an international perspective and a deep understanding of global financial markets, strengthening his ability to advise clients on complex cross-border transactions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":77339,"template":"","class_list":["post-10364","asociado-principal","type-asociado-principal","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\nLercari Mario -
