Maria del Pilar is a Partner at the Firm, specializing in corporate law and finance law. She has an outstanding track record and extensive expertise in structuring complex financings, capital markets transactions (both domestic and international), and infrastructure projects.

Her experience in infrastructure projects includes advising on the structuring and implementation of project financings, joint ventures, investment and divestment processes, EPC contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, as well as providing strategic commercial advice to concession companies in their interactions with financing institutions, construction companies, government entities, and other market participants.

Prior to joining the Firm, she served as Lead Partner at EY Law.
